Photos from the Europa Fitness Expo in Dallas. On Saturday Aug 13th, the last of only two days, the ‘Europa’ in the Dallas Convention Center was quite a hit. Lines for tickets were very long even though tickets were sold on 6 counters. Inside the expo were approx. 50 exhibitors – most common products were supplements, to enhance muscle strength, endurance or recovery. Others offered clothing for workout or bodybuilding competitions.
Parallel there are competitions everywhere: basketball, skating, judo, fitness, bodybuilding, weight lifting and many more.
Overall the show is a must-see. Especially for those interested in fitness. While I went to the show to see if any supplement chain would also provide Betulin products – I was disappointed. The only source for weight loss birch bark capsules is and remains: BetulinStore.com

Day 44: 14 pounds lost and on the road to ‘Europa’ in Dallas
August 13th, 2011 No comments »With 223.6 lbs showing on the scale and close to 14 pounds lost in only 44 days, I am visiting the Europa Show and Supplement Expo in Dallas. Let’s see what they have yo say about weight loss with Betulin.

Is it really that easy? Day 34: 11 pounds lost
August 4th, 2011 No comments »Now this is almost too good to be true. Yesterday I had a large pizza for lunch and Chinese buffet for dinner and cup cakes at home. I thought that this would add at least 1 pound – but no: The weight keeps on coming off. I am not complaining.
I still take two betulin capsules after each meal. I can’t wait to get below 220 lbs, so far it looks not too far away now. My verdict on Birch Bark extract for losing weight: It works.
After 1 month: 9.8 pounds lost!
July 31st, 2011 1 comment »This morning the scale read 227.6 lbs. I started off at 237.4 lbs, so I lost 9.8 lbs over the course of one month – Just by taking betulin capsules. During the the month I did not work out, I did not skip meals, I did not eat weight conscious - so i still had all the sweets and otherwise unhealthy foods that I normally eat: birthday cake, waffles, hamburgers, loaded fries .. meat and so on. Still I lost about 10 pounds.
Day 28: 9lbs lost
July 28th, 2011 6 comments »28 days after starting taking betulin capsules, the scale read 228.2 – which is a 9.2 pound weight loss. That is a bit of a surprise to me especially since I thought I would have gained due to my menu yesterday. And I drink a lot – the betulin capsules seem to increase my thirst.

Day 27: 229 pounds – 8 lbs lost so far
July 27th, 2011 2 comments »27 days into the experiment I have finally descended into the 220-ies. The scale read 229 this morning, which means that in less a month I lost more than 8 pounds. The betulin capsules seem to be working.
